Baked Chicken Parmesan
Flattened chicken breasts, dredged in seasoned bread crumbs and garlic, baked
and covered with a spicy tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese.

With
Stuffed Salmon with a Lemon Garlic Sauce
Fresh Salmon filets stuffed with various cheeses,
mushrooms topped with lemon butter garlic sauce.

This was soooo good the last two years, I gave up and ask Bruce to do it again
this year.
Crêpe's filled with a mascarpone/Amaretto mixture,
topped with a raspberries/Chambord liqueur sauce
